Your supervisors at the Hackensack Health Organization, Drs. Cioppa, Flynn, Harrington and Tiboldo, have just given you your first assignment:
On Thursday April 2nd, you will visit the 7th grade Life Science classrooms at Hackensack Middle School and speak to the students about a disease that affects the human body.

Your supervisors will allow you to choose the disease that you will present from a list - the disease that you select may be one that is present among the community of Hackensack, or possibly found within some of the families of the students to whom you will be presenting. Either way, your supervisors have high expectations for you. The overall goals for your presentation are:
	To be informative To present the material in a manner that 13 and 14 year olds will understand To be interesting and hold the attention of your 7th grade audience To enhance your presentation with informative material, to be left with the students
